🔹 7.5K – 05:45 AM (⏱ Cut-off Time: 1 hour 20 minutes)

🔹 1K – 06:00 AM (🚫 No Cut-off Time)

Rules & Regulations:

1.    The event is open to both local and international runners. Anyone from any country can participate by following the official rules.

2.    Registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.

3.    This is a live event only. Runners who register for the live event are not allowed to participate virtually.

4.    The name provided during registration will be used on the certificate. No name changes will be accepted after registration.

5.    Every runner must run with their own registered bib. Bib sharing or using someone else’s bib is strictly prohibited.

6.    Medals and certificates will only be awarded to runners who complete the race within the official cutoff times.

7.    A special finisher badge will be awarded to all 15K finishers who complete the race within the cutoff time.

8.    In case of adverse weather or unavoidable circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, or any details. In such cases, registration fees will not be refunded.

9.    If you have any medical issues, you are strongly discouraged from participating. Organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, health problems, or unfortunate incidents during the race.

10.For queries or complaints, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, Messenger or the official contact number. We discourage posting complaints or confusion publicly on social media.

11.To become a Community Partner: A running group must have at least 15 registered members. Customized t-shirts with community names and a recognition crest will be provided.

Disqualification Rules:

🔴 If any runner takes a shortcut, ignores directional signs, or obstructs other participants during the race, immediate disqualification will occur.

🔴 Running without your registered bib or using someone else’s bib will result in cancellation of your participation.

🔴 If someone else runs using your registration or bib, it will be considered fraud, and the registration will be invalid.

🔴 Failing to report on time or complete the race within the official cutoff time will disqualify the runner from receiving a medal or certificate.

🔴 Any form of rude, abusive, violent, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification from the event.

If you disagree with any of the above terms or conditions, we respectfully advise not to register for the event.
